My husband and I were in your restaurant for dinner on Thursday evening. We not only had a fabulous meal but we were also treated with exceptional service by your staff.
We live in Nanaimo. We have never been to the restaurant before. Because of the great friendly, professional service we will absolutely be returning on our next trip back to Victoria.
Kayla was our waitress. She pampered me with warm napkins because of how cold I was. She was very engaging. We have eaten in many establishments and were most impressed with her demeanor. You are very fortunate to have such a great staff representing you. Your chef, Mike came out and made an introduction as well as to check on how our meal was. Again, a very open and friendly staff member eager to ensure our enjoyment of the meal. Yonny was helpful in supplying us with tourist tips which we will most certainly take him up on.
We will be back and hope to see the same faces. Any time we recognize good service we write the company and ask that they supply a copy to their employee as well as place one on their personnel file. Please acknowledge receipt of this e-mail.
